Website Terms & Privacy
We believe it is important to clearly state Priory Hill's Privacy Policy. For this reason we have used plain English (with a minimum of "jargon"- IT or legal). If you require clarification of any of these points then please email webmaster@prioryhill.co.uk
Our Privacy Principles are:
- We do not sell, rent or give your information to third parties.
- We will ask for specific permission from you before sharing any of your details with other Group companies. If you do agree to such information being shared we will ensure in advance that the other Companies involved have adopted a Privacy Policy at least as stringent as ours.
- We let you select how you may be contacted by us when you give us your contact details
- We clearly explain how and why we use "cookies" - but also why they contain no personal information.

Cookies
So what are they?
Cookies are small pieces of information "remembered" by your web browser. We use standard "session cookies" in our site solely to store a "session id" for your visit to our web site. A session ID contains no personal information at all and is just a value, e.g. "sfbeb2a41f49fdb8b001ed9416e45b733".
So why do Priory Hill use cookies?
Because of the way the World Wide Web "protocol" works if we didn't do this the server would think you were a different visitor every time you asked for a page from our site. This would make some elements of the site impossible to use.
The session ID also allows us to monitor which areas of the site are most popular with our customers.
Why should you be Concerned? (or even remotely Interested?)
The reason is simply that a cookie is a file just like all the others on your hard disk. If it contained personal information then it could theoretically be read by someone else if they could gain access to your computer. It is because of this risk that all web browsers give you the option to"Turn Off" cookies altogether or at least prompt before accepting a cookie from a site.
Whether you accept, reject or prompt before accepting cookies is a choice for you and your Organisation. Priory Hill makes no recommendation about the settings you should use. We merely state that the cookie we send to your browser contains no personal information.
What happens if the Priory Hill cookie is rejected?
If a cookie is rejected then our server will try to add the session ID to the address of each web page sent to you. Unfortunately this may not be possible. Under those circumstances you may not be able to use our site.

General Terms & Conditions
Priory Hill Touring Park
All Guests are asked to confirm bookings before arrival - We cannot guarantee pitches without confirmation.
Pitches will be held until 4pm on day of arrival unless otherwise informed in advance.
No single-sex groups unless by prior arrangement, i.e. youth organizations etc.
£20 key Deposit required for Shower - Refundable on Departure.
Showers, Swimming Pool, Club Membership and Entertainment are all inclusive in booking fee.
Dogs are welcome, please keep them on lead at all times. They must be exercised "Off Park" thank you.
Provisional Bookings are not binding in any way and do not form part of any contract.
The Priory Club
The Priory Club is strictly a members only club.
Admission is strictly at the managements discretion. For further information please contact the office.
Membership is £5.00 for the season, for over 18's. Under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Swimming Pool (for your safety)
All Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 or over.
Only correct swimming attire must be worn. (no cut down jeans etc.)
Outdoor shoes must be removed before entering pool area.
No glass containers to be taken into pool area.
No food or drink to be consumed in pool area unless purchased from the Priory Club.
No inflatables, except swimming arm bands/rings allowed in pool area (also no ball games allowed).
Lifeguards and Staff will not tolerate unruly behaviour in the pool area.
The Management of Priory Hill Holiday Parks reserve the right to refuse admission or request guests/visitors to vacate the parks/premises at any time if deemed necessary.
