Q: How long is your season?
A: We are open 8 months from 1st March to 31st October
Q: Do you hire Caravans & Chalets?
A: We do not hire either as we are an owners park. - Currently our owners are not allowed to sublet until further notice.
Q: Can we buy a caravan privately?
A: No ALL sales must go through us to protect you and the seller.
Q: Can anyone join the The Priory Club?
A: Yes, membership is available at £12 per over 18 for the first time, thereafter £10 to renew every year
Q: Does membership to The Priory Club allow me to use the Swimming Pool?
A: No, the swimming pool is only for owners on Priory Hill & Nutts Farm Holiday Parks
Q: Can I pay to use the swimming pool?
A: No unfortunately not.
Q: I have a caravan on another park, can I bring it onto Priory Hill or Nutts Farm?
A: We do not take caravans from other parks. We do regularly have caravans for sale. See the sales page here!
Q: Do I have to pay council tax on a chalet?
A: Yes, Council Tax is payable on Chalets, this is dealt with via Swale Borough Council. You are charged Band A for 8 months
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We welcome pets on all our parks but insist they are kept on a lead at all times & exercised off the park.
Q: What other costs are involved in holiday home ownership?
A: After site fees you will need to insure your property, council tax on chalets & Electricity billed annually around September.

Q: Can I access my chalet when the Park is closed?
A: Yes you can visit and work on your holiday home but no services will be on and you CANNOT stay over night
Q: Do I need to drain down my boiler for the winter?
A: Yes we do recommend this. We can put you in touch with some local businesses that offer the service. Ask in the office
